Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at ServiceNet. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support participants in achieving their mental health recovery goals.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Team to provide education and training on substance use and addiction.
  • Conduct assessments and develop dispositions related to substance use, including the completion of Self-Sufficiency Matrix and other assessment tools.
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy related to substance use, and document clinical work in electronic medical records.
  • Work in conjunction with the team to implement Risk Management and Quality Improvement activities that focus on enhancing community tenure and stabilization, and improving clinical and recovery outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, or social work.
  • Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (LADC I or II).
  • A minimum of one year of supervised substance abuse counseling experience.
  • Experience working with participants in mental health recovery preferred.
  • Computer literacy and a valid driver's license.
Benefits

ServiceNet offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $61,000, based on credentials and/or experience.
