POSITION SUMMARY

The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. This role requires a keen understanding of beverage preparation and adherence to health and safety standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently takes and fulfills all food and beverage orders while ensuring guest areas are kept tidy.
  • Regularly performs pre-busing tasks to keep the bar area clutter-free.
  • Maintains cleanliness and safety by adhering to all health regulations.
  • Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following established recipes.
  • Delivers beverages promptly to Food and Beverage Servers.
  • Manages inventory by receiving and recording liquor and supply orders.
  • Ensures the bar station remains organized and clean at all times.
  • Possesses knowledge of gaming and beverage regulations.
  • Monitors guest alcohol consumption responsibly.
  • Keeps sight lines organized and clear.
  • Ensures all drinks are entered into the POS system before serving.
  • Handles payments from guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Follows cash control policies and procedures diligently.
  • Requests identification to verify legal drinking age when necessary.
  • Addresses guest inquiries and directs concerns to management as needed.
  • Assists in upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Completes assigned side work, setup, or closing tasks.
  • Adheres to C.A.R.E. guidelines to promote responsible consumption.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
