About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a Teletherapy School Speech-Language Pathologist. As a Teletherapy School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech and language services to students in Alaska.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs, setting achievable goals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve students' communication skills, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Conduct teletherapy sessions using our intuitive teletherapy toolkit and integrated ZoomPro account.
  • Provide guidance and education to parents and caregivers on strategies to support their child's communication development.

Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a school setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
