Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida. As a key member of our donation processing team, you will be responsible for receiving, recording, and sorting donations to ensure efficient processing through our Kaizen system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and the public
  • Receive, record, and sort donations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process donations through the Kaizen system, adhering to guidelines and principles
  • Perform other duties as instructed by immediate supervisors, including processing, cleaning, customer service, and building maintenance
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred
  • Sufficient mobility to turn, lean, kneel, or bend and stand for long periods
  • Ability to see and recognize colors, lift at least 40 pounds, and occasionally team lift up to 100 pounds
