Job Overview

Position: Lien Claims Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of claim files to identify lien liabilities
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and legal representatives regarding lien matters
  • Facilitate negotiations for settlements with service providers and vendors
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's degree is advantageous
  • At least 3 years of experience in workers compensation claims adjustment
  • Certification from California Self-Insurance Administrators is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software
