Insurance Claims Specialist

Alacrity Solutions, a leading provider of insurance claims services, is seeking an experienced Auto Customer Service Representative. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless claim handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough claim documentation for each auto claim.
- Assist auto auditors, management, and administrative teams with various tasks, including data entry, claim pulls, incoming calls, and outgoing calls.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer support role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- High school degree or equivalent.
