Key Responsibilities
  • Report claims in a secure call center environment by making outbound calls continuously throughout scheduled shifts.
  • Ask required questions, obtain claim information from adverse carriers, and provide claim information to insured parties.
  • Complete call templates to reflect successful or unsuccessful reporting of each claim.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
