About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living Program team in Utica, NY. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record resident information, including medical records and insurance details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, and treat wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist with resident care, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor resident food and liquid intake and output, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and provide excellent communication skills.
