We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Oneida Center Assisted Living Program in Utica, NY.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills, with a valid NY State LPN license and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record health information from residents, including medical records and insurance details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, and treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and help residents with personal hygiene and daily activities.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work as a team member and have excellent communication skills.
  • Valid NY State LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
