Your Responsibilities will encompass:
  • Creating and executing technical security measures to oversee and secure our cloud infrastructure, custom applications, and SaaS solutions.
  • Evaluating and tracking risk patterns utilizing SIEM alerts, scanning tools, penetration testing, and additional methods.
  • Identifying underlying issues, spearheading remediation initiatives, and refining security standards.
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Infrastructure, R&D, and business units to formulate actionable strategies for addressing security challenges.
  • Questioning existing security protocols and practices, updating, replacing, or automating them as necessary.
  • Engaging with security colleagues globally to harness collective knowledge in tackling security obstacles.
  • Encouraging a persistent emphasis on security within the development and operations community through training, mentorship, process integration, and automation, thereby nurturing a robust SecOps culture.
You will bring:
  • Significant experience in crafting and executing security solutions for cloud environments and SaaS applications.
  • Proficient skills in Linux and public cloud security (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SIEM technologies.
  • Capability to code (NodeJS / scripting / terraform) for automating security measures.
  • Experience with compliance standards such as CIS benchmarks, STIG, and NIST guidelines (FedRamp).
  • Background in auditing and securing Salesforce applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various regions and teams to achieve organizational security objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Senior or Lead Security role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Ability to convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A developer-oriented mindset and background.
