About the Role

We're seeking an AI Product Manager (aka The Innovation Catalyst) to guide the development of AI-powered products that transform industries and solve critical challenges. As an AI Product Manager at Unreal Gigs, you'll be the bridge between AI technology and business strategy, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution of AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for AI-driven products, translating business objectives and market opportunities into a clear roadmap for AI products that align with company goals and user needs.
  2. Define Product Requirements: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements, specifying features, functionality, and technical constraints that guide the development of AI models and systems.
  3. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure successful execution of AI projects, providing clear direction, removing roadblocks, and keeping teams focused on delivering high-quality AI-powered solutions.
  4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the AI landscape, ensuring that your AI products are ahead of the curve and addressing market needs.
  5. Prioritize Features and Manage Roadmaps: Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value, managing the product roadmap to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic goals.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to guide product decisions and optimize performance, using data to measure the success of AI features, gather feedback, and refine product strategies.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, timelines, and performance metrics to stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers, ensuring alignment across teams and managing expectations for the delivery of AI projects.
Requirements
  • AI and Machine Learning Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision, with the ability to discuss AI concepts with data scientists and translate them into business value.
  • Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, with a focus on AI or technology-driven products, exceling at defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking and Market Insights: Ability to develop a strategic vision for AI products, based on market trends, user needs, and competitive analysis, with a deep understanding of the AI landscape and the ability to position products for success.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and analytics to make informed product decisions, setting KPIs, tracking performance, and adjusting strategies based on quantitative insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, clearly explaining complex AI concepts to stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams.
