Key Responsibilities- Perform ultrasound-guided procedures under the supervision of physicians
- Operate radiology computer systems to schedule exams, track patients, and capture charges
- Assist in the orientation and training of new employees and students
- Participate in ongoing training and competencies to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and equipment
- Successful completion of a training program in radiologic technology or vascular technology
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification
- Two years of experience as a full-time ultrasound technologist in a hospital or diagnostic imaging clinic setting (preferred)
