Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at GAT Airline Ground Support. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our crew, while also providing exceptional customer service to our passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Agents to ensure excellent customer service and on-time flight performance.
  • Develop and implement operational improvements and efficiencies to enhance our services.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors and other leaders to ensure effective staffing and resource allocation.
  • Provide training and support to Customer Service Agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age and possess basic computer experience.
  • Ability to read, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and days off.
