Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Triage patients by checking vitals, performing blood draws, and administering injections as needed.
• Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in their conditions, and taking necessary action.
• Assist with lab testing and phlebotomy, ensuring accurate and timely results.
• Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider, providing exceptional care and support.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a clinic setting, preferably Urgent Care.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• No License Required.
