Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to lead our accounting team and drive financial excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, with a focus on financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, general ledger, and journal entry maintenance.
  • Reviewing periodic trial balances and reconciling them with the general ledger.
  • Implementing, maintaining, and reviewing bi-weekly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Preparing period-end and year-end closing processes.

Additional Requirements:

  • US work authorization is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
  • Master's degree or CPA license is preferred.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience is required.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Chinese are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Sage ERP.
