{"h1": "Bag Inspector Job Description", "p": "At ProAmpac, we are seeking a skilled Bag Inspector to join our team at our Rosemount, MN facility. As a Bag Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting bags for quality and accuracy, ensuring that they meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

* Inspect bags for open ends, doubles, triples, crocked folds, turn backs, turn under, loosely sealed folds, improper sized gussets, and lack of anti-skid or lacquer.
* Set aside a hand of bags at the beginning of an order, or when needed, to replace those periodically checked and torn down.
* Discard any poor quality bags.
* Reclaim bags by using glue gun.
* Notify the Bottomer Operator if there is a continual problem.
* Count and record number of bags stacked on each pallet for shift, and turn into records number of bags stacked on each pallet for shift, and turn into Bottomer Operator.
* Assist other inspectors by sweeping and inspecting, when all work in area is complete.
* Any additional tasks assigned by management to ensure continuity of production.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
* Ability to bend, twist and kneel.
* Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to stand continuously for 2 – 3 hours.
* Ability to perceive colors.
* Must have manual dexterity.
