Position Overview

As a Dining Associate II, you will play a vital role in the Nutrition Care team, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality meal services while adhering to sanitation standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering patient meals, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and addressing any service-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Consistently meet or exceed established performance standards.
  2. Accurately assemble patient meal trays based on dietary requirements.
  3. Prepare menu items and nourishment according to recipes and portion control guidelines.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any patient concerns.
  5. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in accordance with sanitation protocols.
  6. Efficiently wash and organize dining utensils and equipment.
  7. Deliver and retrieve patient meal carts in a timely manner.
  8. Communicate effectively to support patient care and operational needs.
  9. Demonstrate flexibility in work assignments and schedules.
  10. Utilize sound judgment in prioritizing tasks and problem-solving.
  11. Manage responsibilities independently while adhering to established guidelines.
  12. Promote the values of the department and organization within the community.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of one year in a food service, hospitality, or customer service environment. Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and patient satisfaction.
