Job Overview

Axis Automation is seeking highly motivated and ambitious Computer or Electrical Engineering students to contribute to the development of custom factory automation equipment.

We are a dynamic and innovative company with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. Our team of leading engineers and machine builders work together to conceptualize, design, integrate, deploy, and service factory automation systems for forward-thinking manufacturing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and debug programs for Robots, PLCs, and HMIs
  • Design, wire, build, and test electrical panels
  • Liaise with engineering teams to debug robots, controls systems, and manufacturing processes

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in a related Engineering field
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity for how machines work
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Desire to be hands-on with machinery

Compensation:

  • Rotation 1 - $18.00/hour, Rotation 2 - $19.00/hour, Rotation 3 - $20.00/hour
