Job Overview

As a Production Associate at our Muskegon facility, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing processes associated with turbine airfoil products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute both repetitive and varied production tasks related to the fabrication of turbine airfoil components.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with established protocols, work instructions, schematics, and other approved documentation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and practices.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions, which may include technical information.
  • Capability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 pounds, with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Proficiency in basic arithmetic.
  • Compliance with company rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to identify issues and constraints that may hinder job performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Skilled in using a personal computer to access online documents, drawings, and instructions.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
