Join Hubbard Family Swim School as a Swim Instructor and be part of a team that is passionate about teaching and developing every student in our pool. Our international reputation for excellence in teaching has grown as a result of our learn-to-swim techniques and commitment to providing a safe and child-centered environment. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for the safety of each class and teaching swim lessons to students, using the Hubbard curriculum. You will work to build confidence for students in the water and communicate effectively with students and staff members. We welcome feedback and continuous learning, and our Swim Instructors are a key part of our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
* Maintain a safe and organized pool environment
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development

**Requirements:**

* Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch or swim for up to 5 hours in the water
* Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small child up to 50 pounds
* Can commit to a minimum of 1 year and at least 2 shifts per week
* Some afternoon and weekend shifts may be required
* Willingness to go underwater
