Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Children's Therapy Place in Mountain Home. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children and their families.

About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized occupational therapy sessions to clients, conducting thorough assessments, and developing effective treatment plans. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address client deficits and improve functional abilities
  • Provide occupational therapy sessions to clients, adapting techniques to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • National certification as an Occupational Therapist (NBCOT)
  • Licensure to practice in Idaho
  • Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an outpatient setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits: Children's Therapy Place offers a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include paid time off, holidays, and continuing education opportunities.
