Detailed Assembler Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Detail Assembler to join our team. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, Indiana.

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed assembly tasks, including electrical wiring, brazing, air compressor installation, silicone sealing, and foaming of in-process units.
  • Install wire harnesses and connect wires according to diagrams.
  • Operate mallets, hand tools, rivet guns, and other power tools to install compressors.
  • Caulk and foam units as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure high standards.
  • Repetitively lift 30-40lb parts, up to 50+ times per day.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a job requiring standing for at least 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
  • Ability to repetitively lift 30-40lb parts.
  • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
  • Steel-toed or composite-toed protective shoes required.
  • Ability to work safely and produce high-quality work.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly roles.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $19.50 on 1st shift and includes benefits such as paid holidays, additional floating holidays, 120 hours of vacation, and 40 hours of sick time per year. We also provide tuition assistance, 401k matching with up to 6% company contribution, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
