Manufacturing Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling standard SMC products and simple specials according to work instructions.
About the Role:This is a production-based role that requires attention to detail and ability to follow standardized work procedures. You will work closely with other team members to meet production targets and ensure high-quality products.
Responsibilities:- Follow SMC blueprints and assembly instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Use power tools or machines to assemble the final product.
- Test and inspect the final product to ensure it meets quality standards.
- No prior experience is necessary, but previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Available to work overtime on weekdays/weekends as needed.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment for increased productivity and quality.
- Effective communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
