Key Responsibilities- Perform clerical and secretary duties to support the maintenance team
- Manage work order entries, run reports, and assist with trainings for the Mountain Region office
- Coordinate activities and meetings, prepare expense reports, and process invoices
- Assist with managing regional fleet records, including maintaining insurance, titling, and registering all vehicles
- Communicate directly with representatives of the National Park Service to submit project-related documents
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or office position
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
- Ability to learn other software applications in the areas of project and maintenance management
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
