Position Summary: The Ticket Sales Concierge plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by assisting patrons with ticket acquisitions, event details, and general inquiries. This position involves operating ticket scanning systems, addressing questions, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and assist them with ticket purchases and event-related information.
  • Respond to guest inquiries about event schedules, venue specifics, and other pertinent details.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude while engaging with guests.
  • Keep the work area tidy and organized, following health and safety regulations.
  • Provide insights about venue features, policies, and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Effectively address and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings as necessary.
  • Support other guest service tasks as required, such as distributing event materials or directing guests to their seating areas.
