The Hospitality Operations Assistant supports the Director of Hospitality and other outlet managers with administrative and on-site tasks and responsibilities at multiple Hospitality Outlets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality work and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Director of Hospitality and other outlet managers, including managing event administration, operations, and logistics.
- Operations Management: Assist with administrative tasks, communications, logistics, planning, and execution for multiple Hospitality outlets.
- Supervision and Training: Occasional supervision of personnel and/or assigning tasks to service workers, as well as helping with hiring, training, and development of hospitality employees.
- Inventory Management: Purchasing equipment, ordering supplies or food ingredients, and coordinating service needs in coordination with outlet managers, as needed.
- Policy Development: Assist in development and facilitation of training for hospitality staff, as well as creating policies, directives, and SOPs for the Hospitality Department and its outlets.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry, including restaurant, events, and hotel management.
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with BEO/Catering forms, POS systems, and OLCC/Food Handlers certification.
- Personal Qualities: Passion and enthusiasm for delivering high-quality work and hospitality, flexibility, excellent communication skills, time management skills, and accuracy and attention to detail.
