Job Opportunity

We are offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, for our Preschool Head Teacher position.

About Us:

Healthy Kids Programs is a well-established Child Care Center in Bristol, CT, dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise all aspects of the Healthy Kids Program Site, ensuring adherence to state regulations and host school policies.
  2. Create and implement interactive learning activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
  3. Manage key tasks such as attendance records, staff scheduling, and parent communication via the Playground App.
  4. Maintain a supportive work environment and address any challenges promptly.
Qualifications:

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: Option 1: Hold a current center-based Child Development Associate Credential and have over nine months of documented experience working with children under 6, or Option 2: Possess twelve credits in early childhood education or child development from a regionally accredited institution and have over nine months of documented experience working with children under 6, or Option 3: Have a four-year degree in early childhood education or child development and at least 360 hours of documented experience working with unrelated children under 6.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and keep pace with energetic children.
