Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Desert Ridge Outpatient Surgery Center. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide support as needed
  • Assist the circulating nurse in gathering necessary surgical supplies and equipment
  • Participate in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient surgical experience
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Scrub Technician Program preferred
  • Two years of experience as a Scrub Tech preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
