- Minimum five years' experience as a healthcare professional, including two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, homecare, or hospice
- Demonstrated administrative ability, including knowledge of healthcare policies and program responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Current CPR Certification
