Job Title: Residential Painting Specialist

About Us
CertaPro Painters of North Orlando - Space Coast is a leading provider of residential painting services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Painting Specialist to join our team.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:
This role involves working in residential environments, performing tasks such as set-up, preparation, painting, clean up, and inspection. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of painting tools and equipment and be able to communicate effectively with homeowners and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Completes set-up duties at the job site, including moving all items to the center and covering them with sheeting.
  • Prepares surfaces for painting by repairing holes and cracks, sealing stains, and sanding surfaces.
  • Paints surfaces by priming repaired areas and applying premium quality paint to a uniform finish.
  • Cleans up daily and after the job is complete, including moving all items back to their desired locations and sweeping/vacuuming floors and carpets.
  • Inspects work for the highest quality.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of professional painting experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.

About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically able individual who can perform repetitive movements, stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, climb stairs and ladders, and work at heights of greater than 10 feet. You must have an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record. Additionally, you must have your own vehicle.
