  • Take meal orders from residents and convey them to the kitchen staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every resident feels valued and respected.
  • Monitor residents and guests during meal times, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Deliver meals to apartments as needed, providing a convenient and personalized experience for our residents.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn our systems.
  • Ability to work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Physical ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 30 pounds, and perform other common physical movements as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
