Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance of our facility in Pendleton, OR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant.


About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations and leadership. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing the work of the maintenance staff, monitoring inventory levels, and participating in Lean Manufacturing activities. Additionally, you will coordinate inspections, audits, and safety initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the plant maintenance department
  • Monitor spare parts and maintenance supplies inventory
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities
  • Coordinate inspections and audits
  • Develop and implement metrics-driven decision-making processes
  • Ensure safety and environmental compliance

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of maintenance-related experience
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
