We are seeking an experienced Cafe Operations Manager to join our team at the Wild Roast Cafe. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and enjoy their dining experience.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
About the RoleThe Cafe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Wild Roast Cafe, including supervising staff, scheduling, and inventory control. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage daily cafe operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation
- Coordinate with vendors to order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Monitor sales and revenue, and identify areas for improvement
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service and food preparation
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the resort
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
