Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Gordon, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of major projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and fabricators, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management, to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including Gantt charts, spreadsheets, and project management software.
