About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Director to join our team at Rezolute. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clinical-stage biopharmaceutical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and stakeholders are informed.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure project stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, team leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication.
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $210,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
  • Annual Performance Bonus: Eligible for an annual performance bonus based on company and individual performance.
