The Retail Sales Representative will play a crucial role in receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise while ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Proactively assist customers in resolving issues.
  • Greet customers warmly as they enter and throughout their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while interacting with customers and team members.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to all radio pages and calls.
  • Direct any unresolved customer complaints to management.
  • Possess comprehensive product knowledge and an understanding of store layout.
  • Provide personalized service to enhance the customer experience.

Store Operations:

  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and safe working environment.
  • Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise.
  • Help maintain back stock levels and store cleanliness.
  • Ensure the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor areas are orderly and well-maintained.
  • Support merchandise resets and ensure signage is current.
  • Assist Department Specialists with pricing changes and special orders.
  • Communicate any operational issues to management for follow-up.
  • Participate in team meetings and maintain a professional appearance.
