Patient Service Representative-Front Desk-Clinic

As a Patient Service Representative-Front Desk-Clinic at Intermountain Healthcare, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients entering our facilities. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients receive a seamless and positive experience. You will be responsible for greeting patients, verifying information, and assisting with patient intake and care. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a professional manner and assess their needs.
- Verify patient information and assist with completing necessary forms.
- Direct patients to the next steps in their care and inform them of any delays or wait times.
- Schedule appointments and process payments.
- Support administrative functions and coordinate with other care teams.
- 6 months of customer service experience.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in word processing and data entry.
- Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Alta View Clinic, Sandy, Utah
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week
