Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising inspection activities related to construction projects
  • Managing large-scale construction initiatives
  • Ensuring accurate maintenance of project documentation and records
  • Leading the construction inspection field personnel
  • Facilitating all project-related meetings
  • Verifying contractor pay quantities for precision
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
  • NICET Level IV certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is required
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction inspection is required
  • Experience with FDOT District 7 is advantageous
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
