**Job Summary**

Ffb1 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Support Specialist to join our team. As a Loan Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting the AG Loan Office and management in the performance of daily duties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contact customers to resolve delinquent insurance and real estate tax bills.
  • Distribute collateral inspection reports to loan officers and contractors and follow up to ensure they are completed and returned by the due date.
  • Collect annual financial information from customers.
  • Manage records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Answer phones and distribute mail.
  • Assist loan officers with debt verifications.
  • Compile and scan loan files.
  • Track and file Uniform Commercial Code continuations.
  • Schedule, request, and work with tracking reports.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and written correspondence.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least three years of successful experience in two or more of the following areas: administrative support, lending-related customer service, computer operations.

**Preferred Skills and Abilities:**

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and imaging software.
  • Ability to be flexible, identify priorities, and work independently and with a team.
  • Must be disciplined and exercise critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
  • Ability to manage time wisely.
