Your Role

As an Insurance Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote our diverse range of insurance products. You will engage with various channels to ensure our offerings reach a broad audience. Your efforts will be pivotal in maintaining robust relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on boosting sales for the agency.
  • Sell company products and services through established channels in your designated area.
  • Act as a representative for the company in all reseller/channel support activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to guarantee complete satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance revenue and coordinate customer appreciation initiatives.


Expectations

Ensure that:

Cold calls are conducted on leads generated from events, all renewal quotes are processed, and follow-ups on quotes are completed. Engage in grassroots marketing activities on a daily basis. Monitor daily marketing efforts by building and maintaining business relationships. Attend sales training sessions as required. Generate sales reports as necessary.

Qualifications

Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
  • Employment is contingent upon obtaining the P&C license within a specified timeframe.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.

Preferred:
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

Desired Attributes:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
