TIG Welder Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder Specialist to join our team at XL Pro Staffing and Consulting Group. As a TIG Welder Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals for fabrication and repair. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals for fabrication and repair
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for welding requirements and specifications
  • Prepare materials and surfaces for welding (cutting, grinding, fitting components)
  • Inspect welded joints and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in TIG welding and fabrication
  • Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Follow and enforce strict safety regulations (wearing safety glasses, mask, steel-toe shoes)
