Job Summary

The Material Handler II plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of inventory management at Axelon. This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy, providing efficient material movements, and supporting the coordination of product flow through manufacturing and assembly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, perform cycle counting as required, and maintain a neat and safe work environment.
  • Material Movements: Perform physical and systematic material movements, generate work orders from the ERP system, and perform work order receipts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in a cross-functional team environment, assist in the coordination and flow of product through manufacturing and assembly, and support all Company initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
  • Communication: Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Must work overtime as required for business needs.
  • Some areas will require the handling of chemicals with proper training provided.
