About the Role

We're looking for a highly experienced HVAC systems mechanic to work with our team on light commercial and heavy commercial projects. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you'll provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service, ensuring facility efficiency and resolving service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities.
  • Partner with Journeymen in the repair of centrifugal, steam turbines, and absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers, and ammonia systems.

Requirements

  • Two years of commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification, which will be completed after hours and weekends.
  • Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five years of commercial and/or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Refrigeration Certification preferred.
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
