We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Health and Wellness Supervisor to join our team at Brookdale San Jose. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of resident care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
- Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensure quality care as residents' healthcare needs change.
- Ensure consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts.
- Assist in the supervision of community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers.
- Provide training and education to Caregivers on an ongoing basis.
- Manage the associates' schedules.
- Oversee and manage the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration in the community.
- Conduct periodic Care Associate medication skills inventory checks and periodic medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
- Share on-call duties as required.
- Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
- A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
- LPN or LVN license.
- A competitive salary range of $46.97 per hour.
