Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Medical Surgical Unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication management and wound care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a RN in a medical surgical setting
