About the RoleThis part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as we strive to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities- Assist in directing nursing services for our units, ensuring that every patient receives personalized attention and tailored care plans.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery.
- Monitor patients' physical and mental conditions, reporting any concerns or changes to the attending physician promptly.
- Participate in emergency situations, implementing necessary protocols to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree from an accredited School of Nursing preferred.
- A valid license to practice as an LPN in North Carolina; willing to submit proof of license renewal as required.
- Ability to work as a charge nurse and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- CPR certification and annual training mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
This rewarding opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of $**60,000 - $70,000 per annum**, reflecting the value we place on your experience and dedication.
