Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain customer scorecards to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time-in-full (OTIF), service level (SL), and compliance.
  • Maximize order-to-cash performance by progressing to down-in-a-day order management and achieving weekly 95% drop-to-target cycle times.
  • Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.
  • Track and report supply chain customer compliance and develop processes and business models to mitigate compliance fines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer operations, supply chain, or related field.
  • Solid computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, and Business Warehouse.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve.
  • Time management skills.
