At Christus Health, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Healthcare Program Director to lead our clinical programs and promote quality services for the community and patients.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented professional with strong leadership skills to oversee the operation of our clinical programs. As a Healthcare Program Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures that ensure high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care and Services: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care and services.
  • Program Management: Monitor and track patient outcomes through advanced techniques and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Staff Support: Assist in the interpretation of policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Create home care plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or Business Administration required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting and minimum of five (5) years of healthcare management experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of dedication and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and services.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $90,000, which includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
