Job Summary

Clinical programs at Christus Health are under the direction of our Healthcare Program Director, responsible for promoting quality services to patients and communities.

This key position oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction. Ensuring adherence to high standards and reviewing program outcomes is crucial. Collaborating with staff and community groups on nursing service objectives and initiatives is essential to driving excellence in patient care. Developing home care plans, schedules, and budgets while managing activities effectively is also a vital responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for clinical programs
- Monitor and track patient outcomes through advanced techniques
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review program deliverables
- Assist in interpreting nursing service objectives and policies to staff and community groups
- Create home care plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and budgets

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred. With minimum 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience and 5 years of healthcare management experience, this individual will excel in this role. Holding a current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory. The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location.
