As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of parts for our maintenance department in a cost-effective manner while maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, parts, and equipment, and ensure that inventory is properly stocked and stored.
  • Parts Procurement: Receive and unpack parts, verify accuracy of shipment from vendors, and process purchase orders for parts and equipment.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct physical inventory audits, investigate and reconcile inventory reports, and prepare and process warranty claims.
  • Supply Chain Logistics: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Communication: Collaborate with maintenance department and other stakeholders to ensure that inventory needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, parts procurement, or supply chain logistics.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license (if applicable) and ability to pass pre-employment testing.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 75 pounds, and work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
